1oz AVACADO OIL
1oz WHITE WINE
½ oz LEMON JUICE
1tbsp SPICE COACH CAJUN BLEND
1tbsp UNSALTED BUTTER
- SET OVEN TO 400
- COVER FILETS WITH CAJUN BLEND AND LET SIT 5 MIN
- ADD OIL TO PAN AND HEAT TO SIZZLE
- ADD FILET TO PAN AND SEAR PRESENTATION SIDE FOR APRROX 1 MIN
- FLIP OVER FILET AND FINISH IN OVEN APPROX 15 MIN (15O DEGREES INTERNAL TEMP)
- REMOVE FILET FROM PAN, ADD BUTTER, WINE AND JUICE AND COMBINE TILL BUTTER IS MELTED AND POUR OVER TOP OF FILET
- SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE STARCH AND VEGETABLE
