 1 ea     SALMON FILET

1oz      AVACADO OIL

1oz      WHITE WINE

½ oz     LEMON JUICE

1tbsp    SPICE COACH CAJUN BLEND

1tbsp    UNSALTED BUTTER

 

  • SET OVEN TO 400
  • COVER FILETS WITH CAJUN BLEND AND LET SIT 5 MIN
  • ADD OIL TO PAN AND HEAT TO SIZZLE
  • ADD FILET TO PAN AND SEAR PRESENTATION SIDE FOR APRROX 1 MIN
  • FLIP OVER FILET AND FINISH IN OVEN APPROX 15 MIN (15O DEGREES INTERNAL TEMP)
  • REMOVE FILET FROM PAN, ADD BUTTER, WINE AND JUICE AND COMBINE TILL BUTTER IS MELTED AND POUR OVER TOP OF FILET
  • SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE STARCH AND VEGETABLE
