INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 MEDIUM HEAD OF CABBAGE, CHOPPED
5 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK, LOW-SODIUM RECOMMENDED
2 MEDIUM TOMATOES, CORED, SEEDED AND DICED
1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
1# CREMINI MUSHROOMS

4OZ SOY SAUCE

2 TBSP SPICE COACH HERB CITRUS BLEND



THIS IS A GREAT FILLING SOUP FOR THOSE ON A RESTRICTIVE DIET
GREAT FOR YOUR KETO DIET TOO!

DIRECTIONS
1. IN A LARGE POT, ADD THE CABBAGE, TOMATOES, ONION AND MUSHROOMS. POUR IN CHICKEN STOCK, SOY SAUCE AND THE SPICE COACH GOURMET CITRUS & HERB BLEND BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE TO A SIMMER AND COOK ANOTHER HOUR OR SO.
2. ADD WATER, AS NECESSARY, TO KEEP IT SOUPY.
3. NOTE: IF YOU PREFER, SUBSTITUTE CHICKEN STOCK WITH BEEF STOCK OR VEGETABLE STOCK TO MAKE IT A GREAT VEGAN DISH 1 CUP SHREDDED CARROTS FOR THE TOMATOES.
